Returns or Exchanges

At CaliLuv, we’re passionate about delivering products that bring joy and satisfaction. While we strive to create the best, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help.

How to Process a Return

• Returns are accepted for purchases made on CaliLuv.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
• To help us process your return, please provide the reason for your return at luv.returns@caliluv.com. Upon review, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Shipping is free and included with the final cost of all new orders.
• We kindly ask that you return your item unused. If possible, please attempt to return items in their original packaging and within the 30-day return window.  We hope to see you again!

Refunds with CaliLuv Gift Cards:

If you used a CaliLuv Gift Card as partial payment, refunds will be divided between the gift card and your other payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can place a new order at any time for the item you love.

International Returns

Please note that at this time, we cannot process international returns for purchases made in the U.S.
